WooCommerce Priority Support Tickets provide you with access to a WPButler, who can help fix issues that are impacting your sales or add value to your customer’s experience by making design changes that improve your conversion rates.
A WooCommerce support ticket provides you with 1 hour of support work. Our Butlers will always strive to make sure we complete your task within the hour. However, if your task seems like it may take longer, our Butlers will provide you with a quote for the completion of the task.
This will be quoted using our hourly rate, but any additional quoted time after your initial ticket cost is a reduced rate of only $175 per hour. And to make it even better, although it will be billed at $175 per hour, we only charge per minute spent meaning you only pay for the time we use.
